Important Note on Specialty Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following items from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

Step 3: Package Your Items

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship your return package to our address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return package.

Step 5: Processing & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
